Your adventure awaits
If you looking for the ultimate adrenaline rush in Vatnajökull National Park? Look no further than this half-day canyoning adventure with our friends at Ice Guardians.
This canyoning tour is operated by our friends Ice Guardians!
We begin by meeting on location, Haukafell Campground, getting you geared up and briefed on safety.
After setting off, we will walk through the nurseries of trees planted by locals of the Forestry Association of Austur-Skaftafellinga.
Along the way, you will see what it would’ve been like to be a farmer at the foot of Europe’s largest ice cap, Vatnajökull.
This trip is built for anyone who can swim confidently in the water, move with ease for half a day, and walk on uneven trails.
We will take you through and practice the techniques required to get down the canyon safely.
Canyoning experience is NOT necessary.
Join us canyoning in Vatnajökull National Park and we will make sure to send you home with a story to tell!
