Some of our guests are experiencing a technical issue when trying to complete their payment through our online booking system. We have an option to Book now and pay later, for those who are facing this issue, or simply prefer that option. Just email us at [email protected] with basic information about your tour, departure date and time, number of guests, and your phone number, and we will be as responsive as possible.
The issue appears to be related to the 3D Secure (3DS) payment verification process, which is an additional security step used by many banks and card providers. In some cases, the payment does not go through, even when the card and payment details are correct.
Our system will only allow the cards that go through this extra security check. To service guests who do not have the 3D Secure payment verification process, please email us and follow the instructions below.
