Your safety is our top priority

Glacier Adventure operates outdoor glacier tours and mountain tours. They often take part in harsh and in the same time beautiful environment. Safety is our number one priority for our guests and guides. So we have built up our safety policy for our clients and guides.

Guides from Glacier Adventure has experience and knowledge of the tour they manage. Our guides have the authority to change or cancel tours because of safety reasons. This can apply when the weather changes for the worse or if the forecast for the day is dreadful. This can also apply if we have some natural situation f.e if we have the chance of avalanche or unstable ice.

When we have cancellations to ensure safety for our clients and guides we refund your tour in full.

Driving in Iceland can be unpredictable, especially during winter, and travel times may be longer than expected. We therefore recommend staying near our base camp in Hali the night before your tour.
