About
Katka is our Slovak ray of sunshine. She came to Iceland 6 years ago to explore the glaciers and nature. Her passion has always been the outdoors and when she realized she could make it her job, she decided to stay in Iceland, do outdoor courses and work as a glacier guide.
Katka is our shift manager and takes really good care of everyone and everything around her. She is very positive, funny and brings joy everywhere she goes.
Katka’s hobbies in life are multi-day hikes, camping trips, kayaks, skiing, and dancing for fun. Her motto in life is “baby steps”, and “there are people and people”.
If Katka were a fruit, she would be a raspberry ⚡️
